The whole and its parts

The whole & its parts

Thoughts passing by

All of us have thoughts that pop up. Not all of which we like.

The question then becomes how much importance you’ll give your thoughts.

You can make them a reality you buy-in. For example by deciding to self-judge yourself for the types of thoughts you have or by taking the fantasy as something that is going to happen. This approach can lead to letting yourself be consumed by your thoughts.

You can simply appreciate that it passes by to then let it go. There is no reason to engage in all of your thoughts. You have too many of them.

You can also take them as information. One that makes you curious as to what triggered it, how it might be connected with your current situation, and what it tells you. This approach might tell you more about yourself and create the space to add to your self-awareness.
