The whole and its parts

The whole & its parts

Just like they are

I’ve learned that the most basic fact in health care and health education is that people will take care of themselves only if they feel that they are worth taking care of. By reminding children that they are important to us, I hope that I’m helping them to develop a sense of their own uniqueness and worth so that they will take good care of themselves.” – Fred Rogers

That’s why advice doesn’t work.

There needs to be a reason to take it.

Without the insight that they are worth it, people will not engage in any activity.

Take a look around.

Who in your environment needs a reminder that they are important to you just like they are?

Now is a good moment to reach out and tell them.
