There is a quote attributed to Socrates that states “wisest is he that knows he does not know”. It could be understood as our constant need to learn once we started to realize that there is so much more that we don’t know than what we know.

There is more to it.

The more I coach, the more I realize that people constantly surprise me.

When I stick to not knowing and ask what is on their mind, it almost never is what I thought it would be.

There is no such thing as mind-reading.
