Sticking to one’s intention

An intention is an idea of what it is one will do. It can be linked to the objective one has as much as to what it is one will do. The intention serves the purpose of one’s action or of being together. It will not necessarily define the outcome of one’s action as this can be replaced by the purpose itself.

As we set out to do something there always will be an intention. It might be conscious as well as unconscious. It can also have varying degrees of clarity.

The more clarity there is, the easier it is to know if one remains aligned with one’s own intention. What’s even more important than clarity, is the challenge any intention faces: being remembered.

There is so much happening that it’s easy to lose focus and replace one’s intention with something else that seems more important or relevant.
