When seeking to serve others people seems to switch focus by default towards the other.
It becomes “all about them”.
As if thinking about oneself in such a moment would be selfish.
There are a few traps:
If you don’t position yourself you cannot be visible to others.
If you don’t seek to be the leader of your market, the market will turn to the leader.
If you don’t define what you want and what you expect to achieve, neither your customer nor you can verify that your work was successful.
If you don’t tell your customer what you are good at, chances are that he’ll learn to know you with work you can’t be proud of.
Never forget that it is for your qualities and the work you are proud that customers buy from you.
