Remember the relationship

When we are selling a service people will take a close look.

When we are giving it away for free they’ll forget to have that close look.

Often this reaction impacts the way service providers act and what they focus on.

It takes extra effort to stay true to the service one wants to provide.

It depends very much on the relationship one decides to have with the other.
