The whole and its parts

The whole & its parts

Opposition

Opposition is resistance to shifting one’s point of view to the other side.

It’s the need to be right.

To be able to resist it is necessary to follow the other person’s resistance.

It avoids spending energy in finding what opposition is connecting and what it is based upon.

While seeing a common idea from two different points of view might not lead to an agreement, it gives a chance to decide if it is necessary to be right.

Whenever you decide to move into opposition take a moment to see how it is also doing the same as the other.
