The nice thing about acronyms is that they can mean so many things.
Most often, leaders will associate KPI with Key Performance Indicators.
But, what if it would mean something else or if it was based on something different?
- Key People Informed
- Key People Involved
- Key People interested
And then, what would change if you’d replace “key” with “keep”? How would that impact the KPI read as Key Performance Indicator?
