Responsibility is a tool. It’s there to allow us to see if it is our task to help or not.
It doesn’t prevent us from wanting to help, nor does it prevent us from fearing the consequence of not helping.
That’s where we can find how to build a sound relationship with others.
By learning how to offer help and figure out how much help is possible.
By accepting to deal with one’s own fears and the other person’s fears.
By allowing solutions to emerge instead of needing to deliver them.
