Choosing reaction or response

There are three options for change to happen.

The first is a change we proactively trigger ourselves.

The second is that others trigger changes that we experience as impacting us.

The third is that some outer force, our environment, or life triggers a chance that we experience as a transformation.

Change happens as nature is based on a cycle. There is always a beginning that emerges from an end.

What never changes is that we as individuals can choose how to react to the ongoing change and cycle of life.

We can see ourselves as victims, try to save the world, or chase the bad ones.

Or we can acknowledge it and engage with it.

The latter is balanced with whatever is within our control.
