The more experience people develop, the more they may also become able to critique.

For some, this means that the experience never changes.

If developing their skill or their knowledge doesn’t change their expectations, the result may continue to be disappointing.

The other side of the medal is to make oneself aware of what it is that has changed since developing skill and knowledge. What is possible now that wasn’t possible before?

It’s how one develops expectations that can be fulfilled.
