The whole and its parts

The whole & its parts

The idealization of better

“Be better” seems such a logical and useful idea. What a promise! Once something has changed for the better everything will be better. One may even have reached the promised land, the one in which one is a better version of oneself or lives in something better than now.

There is a drawback.

It never ends.

Tomorrow can again be better than today.

Until then, what is, remains at risk to be experienced through the lens of not good enough.
