Pessimistic blinders

A simple way to deploy a pessimistic blinder is to react to ideas by starting with the risks their implementation might have.

The advantage of that approach is that it makes the decision process much faster. Most of the ideas don’t make it.

Another advantage is that unknown approaches can be avoided. By default, they include a higher risk of failing.

The biggest disadvantage is that it seems that most of the ideas have no chance to succeed.
