There is nothing wrong with being attached to something.
However, attachment can lead to feeling stuck or lost.
We’ll feel lost if we can’t connect with some type of attachment. This is, for example, the situation when we can’t decide what is important to us, what we’ll commit to, or what we’ll engage with.
We’ll feel stuck whenever we are attached to something happening as we desire it to happen and can’t let go of our desire when it doesn’t happen like that.
We can let ourselves remain a disconnected atom or remain glued to a desire. It’s doing as if we’d believe that we can stop life until we are ready for it.
The alternative is to accept that life goes on and our choice to take it up.
