There never is a situation without problems.

Never expect others to tell you when they see you as having a problem. Whatever they see, they’ll prefer to keep it for themselves. It’s safer for them to assume that you know what you do.

But, when they do come to you and name a problem, don’t expect it to be the one you need to address. Of the different problems available they’ll point the problem they wouldn’t want to have.
