Over the last weeks, I’ve been observing how people react to the question “how could you help one another?”
Until recently it had felt like a normal question to ask. Now, it feels like an important question to ask.
When joining a group, for example, to learn something together, participants don’t seem to expect that working together is something that can benefit all of them. The question we’ve been asking always seemed to come unexpectedly.
The question already helped to trigger some reflection on the cooperation taking place, but developing ideas beyond this felt to be too abstract.
How about you? Would you imagine to call up a colleague and ask him for one hour of his time to help you achieve a project for your organization? How does this idea challenge you?
