The whole and its parts

The whole & its parts

How do you use questions?

To ask for something?

To infer a call for action?

To ask for advice?

To ask for driving directions?

To get information?

To explore a situation?

To learn how others see the situation differently than you?

To hear the other person’s opinion?

To learn what is important for them?

To understand someone’s decision?

One could assume that questions only serve the purpose of receiving something or of learning what one didn’t do well. That is helpful, but it is clearly a very limited way of using questions.

How do you use questions? How do your questions assist others? How are the questions you ask supportive of the community you live and work in?
