Criticism and Praise

Once someone believes in praise, he will find himself wondering about criticism.

Someone who believes in criticism needs to think about praise.

They are the two sides of the same medal. One can’t go without the other.

Becoming attached to one of both makes it difficult to access the other.

A leader who is focused on praising his team and forgets to criticize will learn that his praise loses its power after a while.

If nothing is bad, nothing is good.

Someone focused on being criticized will find it hard to accept praise.

If nothing is good, everything is bad.

Better learn to use and accept both.
