There is a hope that we can do things right. That there is an outcome we have to try to achieve which is “right”.
I was attending a workshop during the day which mentioned “effective relationships” in his title. I liked that idea and partly attended the workshop in the hope to learn more about them.
The dynamic in the workshop showed something interesting: each and everyone of the participants interacted in such a way as if that was the way to interact with each other which would be effective. The diversity of the interpretations showed that the idea of “effective relationship” was individual nothing possible to attain for all the group. At least not in all of its details.
