There is only one goal that is accessible to you and that you can pursue. Your own goal.
What this doesn’t say is that you’ll always reach it.
What it doesn’t say either is that it can’t be impacted by others or circumstances.
But that’s not the point.
Independently from how often you change it, it has to remain your goal. That’s what makes it possible for you to achieve it.
On your journey towards that goal, you’ll encounter obstacles. That’s normal. Your job is to figure out how to deal with the obstacle so that you’ll continue to move towards your goal.
It that changes some of the parameters towards reaching your goal, that’s ok. It’s only the plan, not the goal.
That’s what the journey is for, learn from moving towards your goal and find the flaws in your plan.
And if some of the flaws show that your goal doesn’t make sense as it is anymore, by all means, change the goal. But make sure it’s still your goal.
